About Boothe Law & Mediation

I serve the state of Kansas mediating family law matters. After twenty years of litigating, and more than a decade of serving as mediator, I am confident that mediation is the right process for navigating most family-based legal issues.

I am honored to serve as mediator and take that responsibility seriously. I work to help both parties understand their options and the legal process.

I help to navigate the court system, from opening a new court case to submitting the final agreement for court approval. I serve as the scrivener and draft all the required paperwork, and my clients avoid unnecessary court hearings. I equip parties with knowledge of guidelines, standards, and applicable calculations.

While working through mediation, my primary goal is for my clients to be able to engage in rational and objective decision-making. Choosing mediation is choosing to be the engineer of how well the family unit operates between multiple homes.

I am available to mediate throughout Kansas. I offer Zoom video conference and in-person sessions at my office located in downtown Olathe in Johnson County, Kansas.
